Life can start to feel overwhelming when anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt take hold. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling stuck, or unsure why things feel the way they do. Therapy offers a place to slow things down and begin to understand what's happening inside, so you don't have to keep pushing through on your own.

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, emotional eating, ADHD, career uncertainty, chronic stress, and burnout.

Over the years, a significant part of my practice has been working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

I welcome and affirm clients across the full spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation, and approach every person I see with genuine care and respect.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand yourself more clearly,

and relate to yourself in a way that feels more steady and supportive.

When you begin to understand what's happening inside, things can start to feel more manageable. You may notice less inner pressure, more clarity, and a steadier sense of yourself.

This isn't about forcing change or getting it "right." It's about working at a pace that fits you and allowing space for things to shift in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
